The Giveaway Details
In honor of The Belgrave Legacy being published at the end of this month, I am hosting a Kindle book giveaway with the first installments in each of my favorite paranormal book boyfriend’s series. This can mean that they are magic, are supernatural, or otherwise not a normal human.
And who are Caleb Pearce’s literary brothers? There are four that spring to mind immediately. In no particular order, here they are:
Kaidan Rowe
What can be sexier than a sexy drummer (of the band Lascivious—seriously, that name just screams sexy) who happens to be a half-human, half-demon Nephilim with a penchant for lust (and bringing it out in others)? The answer: not much. And even though “he’s the boy your daddy warned you about” according to the book trailer for Sweet Evil, readers can’t help but fall for his suave charm and hidden heart of gold. What’s especially cool about this book boyfriend is that he has a whole book dedicated (Sweet Temptation) to his POV that summarizes the events of the trilogy (Sweet Evil, Sweet Peril, Sweet Reckoning)—all told from the main girl Anna’s perspective—and expands beyond it. Oh, and you can follow this bad boy Neph on twitter: @KaidanRowe!
Dante Walker
A cocky son-of-a-b*tch if there ever was one. As a “soul collector,” he “stamps” people’s souls for every bad deed that they do. And when the soul is completely covered? He brings it down to Hell for “The Big Guy” (Lucifer, the Devil, Satan, whatever-you-call-him). Personally, I find him a bit less sympathetic than Kaiden, and a little less sexy—but that doesn’t stop him from making an appearance on my list. Mainly because of the novelty of his occupation. Read his story in The Collector by Victoria Scott.
Cole Stockton
Another supernatural musician… I’m sensing a theme here. As an immortal, this heartthrob has been making girls swoon with his music and good looks for years—with multiple appearances. A modern-day take on/continuation of the Persephone myth, Cole is “Hades” while Nikki is his “Persephone,” who he pulls down to the Everneath for the Feed. And if that wasn’t enough to work its way into my good graces (I’m a sucker for Greek mythology), the focus on what happens after Nikki returns to the Surface was such a cool plot line that it’s only natural I fell in love with the main guy as well as the story.
Fang
Arguably my first book boyfriend, this dark and broody “bird kid” is a fierce protector. His black wings make him a beauty and terror to behold—like an angel of death. As the right-hand man of the titular character, Maximum Ride, he helps run the Flock and is like a brother to the other 5 avian members of his “family”—except Max, who he’s always shared something more with.
Side note: I think the 2016 movie does a great job of portraying their complicated dynamic. One of the things I loved about him is that he wasn’t always suave. He made mistakes, and his relationship was a slow build, one based on years of trust—not

I think it has to be Dante for me. There’s just something about a guy who sends the guilty to be punished that does it for me.
Haha, I totally get it 🙂
Dimitri from Vampire Academy was my first book boyfriend and he is still #1 for me.
Tall, mysterious and dangerous. He is all about the rules, respect, and order. He was always so composed and then to see him lose some of that strenght to Rose is something so incredibly romantic.
I totally get that. Though him in Blood Promise onward just made me… uncomfortable with him. I kind of became Team Adrian, then once I realized that wasn’t healthy either (in a different way), I kind of just wanted Rose to strike out on her own. He does redeem himself, but after that [spoiler] period, I couldn’t make myself keep him on my book boyfriend list
My favorite book boyfriend is Roarke from J D Robb’s In Death series. He’s Irish, hot and rich, need I say more.
Huh, I’ve never heard of that series, but the title sounds cool. And Irish… YUM
Reyes Farrow from Darinda Jones’s Charley Davidson series. Why? Superficially he’s super hot. He’s also kind, funny, sweet (to Charley & her friends/family), & great cook.
Haha, those are great reasons! And I think anyone who can cook is a winner. Of course, anyone worth their salt is nice to not just his love interest, but also the love interest’s family and friends. Because, honestly? If he doesn’t get approved by those two circles, he’s out anyway.
Fang was the one for me…
Awesome! Well, you know what my thoughts on him are 🙂
